Countess Setsuko Klossowski de Rola, widow of Balthus.

"....
In 1977, the artist Balthus purchased the Grand Chalet of Rossinière, one of the largest and oldest chalets in Switzerland, dating to 1754. He converted it into his studio and worked there until his death in 2001.

Balthus #10

Cour de Rohan, found by Albert Capellani in 1913 for his historical drama "Le Chevalier de Maison Rouge". Stills from the movie from 1914.

The cour de Rohan, also known as the cour de Rouen is a set of courtyards with parts dating back to the thirteenth century, though most is from the sixteenth century onwards. From 1933 on Balthus had a studio on number 6.

Slills from the movie "Gigi", directed by Vincente Minnelli, 1958.

Just up those stairs was the painter Balthus's studio. When Leslie Caron runs up them, as Gigi, she appears to be going to visit him. When Louis Jourdan comes down into the courtyard after visiting Gigi, in the next shot he is in the rue de Furstemberg, which is where Balthus had a studio before coming to the cour de Rohan. These are strange coincidences.

"....
The onetime studio of the French artist Balthus in Paris’s Saint-Germain-des-Pres area is listing for roughly $9 million, according to listing agent Xavier Attal. Located on the Cour de Rohan, a secluded courtyard that dates back to the 16th century, the home measures about 3,068 square feet and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The current owner, a Frenchman who now lives in New York, bought the property around 1999.
