Rachel Whiteread #10

Rachel Whiteread's former home and studio.

"A rare opportunity to occupy a genuine piece of Shoreditch's cultural and creative history. 2 Chance Street is an iconic building at the heart of one of London’s most creative areas. Formerly artist Rachel Whiteread's studio and home, the building was comprehensively and sensitively extended and renovated by Hawkins/Brown Architects on her behalf. It is now available to let for the first time.

2 Chance Street is an oasis in the centre of Shoreditch, set over 4 floors with a number of private outdoor areas including two landscaped roof terraces with aspects to all directions.

The building boasts high ceilings in the main working areas, warehouse style open plan spaces flooded with natural light, and outdoor decked terraces and gardens designed to provide privacy as well as spectacular views of the City and the surrounding area.
