Miroslaw Balka Studio invited conceptual artist Lawrence Weiner to participate in ‘Otwock’, a site-specific project which allows artists respond to Balka’s studio and hometown in Poland.

For the seventh season of the project, Weiner created a text-based painting for the wall of Balka’s studio alongside an intervention in a local newspaper (2018).
