"The studio designed by JCA is a privately-owned art workshop and studio for an artist of international repute.
Built on a total site area of 2,300m2 , the building area, is made up of 3 floors comprising an art studio, a workshop and a viewing gallery. It is equipped with a goods-lift, to transport bulky raw materials and large works of art.
A high headroom enables the building to serve effectively as a gallery and workshop."
